Simply weigh your food, press the HOLD button and the weight of the food is held on the display even when the bowl, plate or container is removed. Features a clean glass platform with black back paint and brushed stainless steel accents for a modern, elegant look on the counter. The glass platform will not stain or absorb odors and is tempered for safety. The readout is a brilliant blue color with large 1.0” digits.
