Click n Pick has a 7 days return policy. You can return the item in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are required to initiate a return by sending a mail at info@clicknpick.online. (Please note that returns will be sent to respective sellers.) You will receive a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the packages.

  1. Placing an order on Click N Pick is easy. 
  2. Selected the item that you wish to purchase, click on "Buy Now".
  3. You will reach "Order Summary Page" where you can review your order. Here, you can also add an available coupon in the "Have a Coupon" box.
  4. Once you are ready, click on "Proceed" to add your address button.
  5. If you are a registered user, you may now login using your mobile number or email address followed by the OTP.
  6. Once logged-in, you can confirm the "Shipping Address" and then click on "Proceed to pay".
  7. You can choose from a range of payment methods and click on "Proceed to Pay Securely".
  8. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and the Order Number.'
  1. Click n Pick always try to procure the item and deliver it as soon as possible. However, the delivery time for a product is determined by various factors including the kind of product (standard product or made- to-order), location from where product is procured and logistic network available in your location. 

The shipping or billing address cannot be changed once an order has been placed for confidentiality and legal reasons.

  1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with details of the order from Aliexpress. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided. You can also track your order using order ID.
