Shipping, Return & Exchange
- We have a 7-days return policy.
- Return the item in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate return send a mail at info@clicknpick.online. (Please note that returns will be sent to respective sellers.)
- You will receive a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the packages.
- Any Item sent to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
*Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
- In case of any defect, damage or wrong item received, contact us immediately for we shall evaluate and make it right for you.
- Certain Items such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are not returnable.
- No return accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
